Free Mindfulness Stress Reduction Technique Sessions

Join guest speaker, Allison Mull, for a free series of Mindfulness Stress Reduction Technique Sessions being held on Wednesdays and Saturdays for three weeks in July. Need not attend all sessions. Saturdays will be a repeat of Wednesdays sessions. Under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Meetings will be held in the meeting room in the library's main wing.
Topics include mindfulness as stress reduction, as a way to build resilience, to increase focus and bring more enjoyment to life, as a practical approach to well-being, and more.
